Jag tänkte bara uppdatera en gammal tråd vad det gäller e-mail-problem. Jag har haft problem med att skicka och ta emot mail vid order. Antingen har bara det ena eller det andra kommit inte båda. Med hjälp av en gammal tråd så har jag löst det.
Är kund hos ONE.com och de har en spärr som gör att det kan bara skickas ett mail var 5 minut vilket gör att antingen bekräftelse till kund går fram eller tvärtom.
Deras lösning är om man vill behålla sin gamla mail är att skapa en mail hos dom med domännamnet (då kan det skickas och tas emot flera) tex order@domän.se och sedan vidarebefordra detta genom mailadmin/inställning och då skickas mailen till den mail som du vill använda.
Jag har inte dubbelkollat detta ännu och jag vet inte heller om jag måste göra några inställningar i butiken men detta kan vara en ledtråd för andra med samma problem.

Jag tror du har missförstått one.com. Mailen kommer fram om du har en vanlig epost-adress.
Problem uppstår bara om du använder catch-all adress(alltså vadsomhelst@dindomän.com). Då har de en spamkontroll som ska stoppa massmail.
